Paul Wong, 1997

Limited edition of prints produced during a residency at Open Studio, Toronto. The series is based on historical, family and contemporary photographs of Chinese Cafe culture in Western Canada. This work was originally commissioned for the touring exhibition and publication, Them = Us (1998-2000), produced by the Harmony Movement, Toronto. This exhibition toured over four dozen venues.
